Driving traffic to a website is one of the major concerns of website owners. It is easy to have a website up and run but how do you get people to visit your website. How do you send insane amounts of visitors to your website.

Well, it is not so difficult as it seems.

To drive traffic to a website fundamentally there are two methods. These are some paid and free methods.

Paid methods include pay per click campaigns, paid link exchanges, banner exchanges.

I am an advocate of FREE methods to generate traffic.

Here is why FREE methods are much better.

One, they are free, that means nothing will out of my pocket.

Two, once your website gains organic traffic you will notice that the site traffic is free. You’ll never have to pay for traffic.

It is upto you to decide which metjod you want to choose. Just in case FREE methods are your take here are a few to consider.

This is by far the easiest and guaranteed methods to draw visitors like swarms.

Method 2:

submit your website to link exchange and directory exchange networks. I set aside some time per week to excise this very task. Slowly my traffic is building up. It is slow at first but you may notice very good results soon.

Method 3:

Break your article up into smaller tips and share it on sites which allow tips.

Method 4:

Split your article into main ponits and make a few slides. One slide per point and submit it to FREE slideshare directories.
